Please place your order as early as possible. A minimum of two weeks for a one or two-lei order is usually okay. However, last-minute orders are not alway possible. But, please ask just in case. We will work hard to fulfill your order, even on short notice, if at all possible.
DELIVERY:
FREE delivery on the Island of Oahu.
MAILING:
Every effort will be made to mail orders to outer-islands and mainland destinations by the most economical mail service available, to insure timely delivery by the date requested.
Regular or Priority Mail Postage (depending on destination and deadline) will be paid by Custom Leis Hawaii on orders of $60 or more.
Orders with deadlines between 10 and 14 days after scheduled completion/mailing date will normally be sent by Priority Mail.
For Orders whose deadline is more than 14 days after the completion/mailing date will be sent by regular mail, unless a different service is requested by the customer.
All orders sent by USPS will be insured for the value of the order and will include delivery comfirmation. Additional service or delivery by courier service may be requested, at the customers expense.
EXPRESS DELIVERY:
Although the cost of express delivery (USPS or FedEX, etc.) will be at the customer's expense, Custom Leis Hawaii will offset any express mailing or courier service charges by the amount that would normally have been paid by Custom Leis Hawaii if express service were not requested.

Graduation Leis:
Purchase four (4) PUA or four (4) Pikake Twist Leis and receive one (1) at no charge. Leis in the order do not have to be the same school color.
Place a combined order with friends and share the cost savings.
Quantity Discount for Kukui Nut, Single-Strand Pikake and Graduation Bead leis are shown near their pictures on the Graduation Leis page.
All Other Leis:
Any lei that is of the same design/style as those displayed on the Graduation Leis page, regardless of color combinations, will be provided at the same quantity discount that appears there, or immediately above.

Cash, check, PayPal and major credit/debit cards accepted.
We reserve the right to request a 50% down payment on quantity orders at the time the order is placed.
